Deputy Director and Party Branch Secretary of Zhejiang Guosheng Law Firm. Holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Manchester (UK) and an LL.M. from The College of Law of England and Wales; selected into the Ministry of Justice's talent pool for foreign-related lawyers in 2008, with over 15 years in practice. In civil and commercial practice, he has handled several hundred litigation and non-litigation matters, covering sales contracts, work contracts, construction contracts, private lending, real property, claim verification, labor disputes, corporate disputes, contract drafting and revision, and lawyer witnessing. In corporate practice, he serves as standing counsel to a number of companies, specializing in governance systems, contract optimization, labor dispute resolution, legal training, and protection of IP and trade secrets. He has handled disputes over shareholder contributions, information rights, equity transfers, corporate resolutions, company incorporation, return of licenses and seals, dissolution, and liquidation. He has provided legal services for M&A projects of real estate, electric-vehicle and industrial companies, including transactions exceeding RMB 100 million. In real estate and construction, he served as counsel to a state-owned property developer in Hangzhou, providing one-stop services from project approval to sales, and once facilitated a settlement of over RMB 70 million in construction payments. In liquidation and restructuring, since 2015 he has served more than one hundred industrial, construction, real estate and e-commerce enterprises; one of his bankruptcy-to-restructuring cases was published as a model case by the Zhejiang High People's Court (2020, Issue 2), and two of his small-and-micro enterprise cases were selected as outstanding cases by the Hangzhou Bankruptcy Administrators Association. In foreign-related practice, he has handled cross-border bankruptcy, marriage and inheritance, criminal matters of Chinese nationals abroad, maritime and shipping matters, international trade, international distribution and dealership, M&A, equity disputes, outbound investment, and lawyer witnessing.
